24/7 Security Monitoring
We monitor your server 24/7 to ensure that your server is secure and working properly. All outages are handled immediately so that their business impact can be minimized.
Anti-Virus Signature Patrolling
We routinely patrol your server to make sure that all the lasted anti-virus signatures have been downloaded and any detected viruses, worms, or Trojans have been cleaned out.
24/7 support via Trouble Ticket
We have staff available at all times to support you and assist you with your server. Should you need anything to make your business run more smoothly; we will be here to do our best to provide it.
Up to 10 hours of Systems Administration work per month per server
You get 10 hours of dedicated time per month to have our experts manage your server and assist you with any issues you may have. (Please note 5 hours are allocated automatically to security and service monitoring. 5 hours are available for ticket support).
Consultation via Trouble Ticket regarding future hardware/software purchases

3rd Party Software Installation
We can install and/or configure supported software or applications in your server on request using the 5 hour per month support time you get. We also advise against installing such software if it has potential risk to your server.
Log Monitoring for unusual activity
Your logs are a vital part of telling how your server is performing. We routinely patrol event and application logs and take corrective actions if there are warnings or errors.
Manipulation of Firewall or IPSEC Rules Based on Log Activity
Having logs of the attackers is not a lot of help if prompt action is not taken to crack down on the hackers trying to get into your server. Therefore, our staff monitors your server and adjusts your firewall when needed to keep out intruders.
Security Updates as released by OS and/or Control Panel
We test upgrades thoroughly as soon as your OS/Control panel vendor releases them, and as soon as we are satisfied they are stable for production use, we apply them to your server.
Consultation with a security expert on matters requiring customer action
We have staff available for consultation if you have any security concerns or questions. We'll notify you immediately if there is something happening on your server, advise you what action we have already taken, and allow you to discuss your options with one of our security professionals. |
